The Sales Manager – Hospital Channel at OLIC (Thailand) will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a nationwide team of Medical Representatives and achieving sales targets within the Hospital channel (Hospitals and Clinics). This role requires a deep understanding of the Thai pharmaceutical market and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Kewajiban
• Sales Strategy Development
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both existing products and new product launches within the hospital channel. Focus on driving growth, maximizing market share, and achieving sales targets
• Team Management
• Lead, recruit, and develop a team of sales representatives. Set clear objectives, provide coaching and training and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with sales goals
• Product and Territory Management
• Oversee the sales efforts for existing products by analyzing market performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to enhance product penetration and customer engagement
• New Product Launch
• Manage the introduction of new pharmaceutical products into the market.
• Develop Sales strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure successful market entry and product adoption
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, hospitals and healthcare organizations
• Address key stakeholder needs and resolve issues to support business growth
• Market Intelligence Analysis
• Understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Utilize insights to adjust sales strategies and enhance product positioning
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide detailed reports to senior management
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed targets
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing and Cross-functional team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives and support successful product launches and promotional activities
• Compliance
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with Thai pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management and in people management in pharmaceutical field would be preferred
• Experience in managing new product launches is an advantage
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth
