The Key Account Executive – Chain Store (OTC) will collaborate with key retail partners to align on sales strategies, promotional activities and product placements. This position requires a deep understanding of women's health needs, strong negotiation skills and the ability to execute tailored marketing initiatives.

Kewajiban

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, ensuring alignment on sales objectives and brand initiatives.
• Create and implement targeted sales strategies for innovative women’s health products to maximize revenue and market share in OTC.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and a competitive landscape specific to women's health to identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive promotional activities and in-store campaigns to effectively showcase OLIC women’s health products including training for retail staffs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional efforts.
• Collect and analyze feedback from key accounts and customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in OTC Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and key account management.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in OTC.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with retail chains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals and successfully launching new products.
