• Gather and analyze customer insights to refine strategies.
• Strengthen relationships with international distributors to promote effective communication and alignment.
• Support international dealers in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Provide intensive support to dealers lacking internal marketing expertise or resources.
• Collaborate with the sales team to define annual sales and profit targets by analyzing trends and developing strategies.
• Forecast and set annual sales quotas for territories and regions.
• Implement international sales programs and create field sales action plans.
• Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies by monitoring market dynamics.
• Set and monitor pricing strategies based on costs, competition, and demand.
• Complete international sales operations by scheduling, assigning tasks, and following up on results.
• Support and develop international distributors to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities as directed by management.
• Stay updated on industry trends through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Passion for automotive products, particularly shock absorbers.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and developing distribution channels (distributors or dealers).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets.
• Experience in trade marketing and sales.
• Familiarity with the automotive/motorcycle parts business.
• Strong communication skills in English (fluency required).
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
