The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the purchasing process, ensuring compliance with cost reduction policies, and managing supplier relationships.
Kewajiban
• Follow the cost reduction policy plan.
• Control the purchasing process of department employees.
• Supervise and provide guidance to department employees to follow procedures.
• Prepare and update supplier information.
• Verify the accuracy of purchase requests from all departments.
• Track and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Summarize the report on import expenses.
• Prepare the monthly BAQF report.
• APQP Team.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Engineer, or related field.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal Skill.
• Good skill all Microsoft office.
• Communication of English language.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems is required.
