Detail posisi

The Finance & Accounting position involves retrieving financial data, monitoring performance reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting.

Kewajiban

• Retrieve financial data from SAP and/or other automated report
• Monitor daily / weekly and monthly performance report e.g. earn & volume report
• Coordinate between supporting dept vs FP&A team in spending forecast
• Factory charge out process for planning and actual
• ATBK Financial Performance tracking
• Initial variance analysis
• Be assigned mini project for A&T level
• Monitor month-end closing job run smoothly
• Review invoices receive process (Invoices, tax invoices and invoices scanning)
• VAT, Withholding Tax reconciliation
• Prepare data for journal entries, reviews general ledger and related financial statement
• Assist with preparation of local treasury related matters

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in business administration major Finance & Accounting or Economic is preferred
• New graduated or max 2 yrs working experience in finance & accounting field
• Familiarity with accounting software SAP is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Well communication & presentation skill
• Fluent Microsoft office in excel
• Open minded, positive outlook towards change, out spoken share idea
