Detail posisi

The 2024 Intern_Product Engineer position involves working on Motion Auto Airbag qualification and MEMS/ASIC Wafer Test Transfer, focusing on testing and analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Kewajiban

• Run qualification test for Mt Fuji 2/3 and ramp up of Cypress Lotus uGEN6 products on PS1600 (tester)/ SPEA (handler) and MEMS/ASIC on DOT800/PS1600/UF3000 (prober)
• Qualify Final and Wafer Test program for Motion/Pressure Sensor products to release at ATBK
• Work on bench setup to support Motion Sensors CQC and engineering analysis
• Test data analysis with statistic tools to decided capability of testing
• Report and communicate with PE/TE counterparts on site and in HQ
• Work in Manufacturing environment to set up tester, handler and prober for product and test program qualification

Kualifikasi

• The candidate must be pursuing a bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering
• The candidate will be able attend the internship program more than 4 months
• Understand in basic electronics circuit
• Understand semiconductor fabrication and IC processes is advantage
• Able to communicate with English, writing/reading, listening/speaking
• Able to use lab / measurement equipment such as oscilloscope, power supply, and spectrum analyzer
• Knowledge in Motion Sensors functionalities, analog design and SPI/DSI/PSI/I2C communication is advantage
