The 2024-2025 Intern Industrial Engineer will focus on conducting time and motion studies to improve productivity within operational lines.

Kewajiban

• To study work element in operation lines.
• Measure time consume per work element.
• To find area for improvement from this study.
• Do the new standard work element with calculate the benefit from this improvement.

Kualifikasi

• The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor of Industrial/Production Engineer.
• The candidate will be able attend the internship program more than 4 months.
• Able to communicate with English, writing/reading, listening/speaking.
• Basic knowledge in on time & motion study, plant layout and able to know and use IE tools.
• Able to use MS-Office program.
