The 2024-2025 Intern_Equipment Engineer position involves working on the BE QFN machine project, focusing on creating and documenting standard work elements, as well as training maintenance personnel.

Kewajiban

• Machine standard work element for BE QFN machine project.
• Create standard work element for QFN package to maintenance.
• Prepare standard work element documentation for training.
• Training L/M and P/M maintenance for New standard work element creating procedure.
• Expected Learning & Achievement.
• BE QFN technology knowledge.
• Trouble shooting for project implementation.
• Learning way of working in maintenance file

Kualifikasi

• The candidate must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, and other Engineering.
• The candidate will be able attend the internship program more than 4 months.
• Background in computer and IT.
• Strong logical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and users.
• Self-motivated, and willing to learn.
