• Analysis competitive situation
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential customers, key competitors, and market trends in the EVs battery industry for Passenger vehicle, Commercial vehicle and Energy Storage Systems in Thailand.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle markets, expand the customer base, and increase market share.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
• Work closely with the product development team to understand the features and specifications of the product.
• Provide valuable feedback from the market to contribute to the improvement and development of EV & ESS offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the EV & ESS to ensure a competitive product portfolio.
• Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for EV & ESS industry in Thailand, aligning with the company's overall sales strategy.
• Develop detailed sales forecasts and regularly monitor performance against set targets.
• Employ effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Communicate and manage project on behalf of customer with Internal and External
• Manage sales process from cold call to close sales
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities within the EVs & ESS Battery Market.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
• Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Updates products and activity of competitors
• Reporting market information and job activity on weekly basis
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports, analyzing sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify sales trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, proposing effective solutions to optimize sales performance.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science with Battery or Solar background, Nano Technology or a related field.
• More than 3-5 years experience in Solar or Battery EV Industries, with a focus on the EVs & ESS or Automotive industry.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the EVs, ESS, automotive, or related industries.
• Knowledge of the EVs & ESS Battery Market landscape in Thailand.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
