The Assistant Manager - Customer Service Officer (Transfer) is responsible for facilitating condominium ownership transfers, ensuring all related documentation is managed effectively, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve the company's transfer targets.
Kewajiban
• Facilitate customer on condominium ownership transfer to achieve company’s transfer target.
• Responsible for related ownership transfer documents collecting and filing.
• Coordinate with banks for the mortgage loan promotion information and inform and follow up client to finalizing deals.
• Work with the clients and the engineering team in organizing an inspection.
• Coordinate with other related departments through the ownership transfer process.
• Follow up Bank approve and become a financial advisor.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields.
• 5 years’ experience in CR, CS field from real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English is A Must.
• Good leadership and management skill with strong problem-solving competency and an out-of-box approach in providing solutions.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
