Technician (Production) for Photosensitive Dry Film business

Kewajiban

• Prepare and coordinate to prepare for SLIT production
• Control and oversee production/quality production/planning production to meet company goals
• Maintain machinery and environment in the production line
• Control and supervise employees in the production line
• Carry out assigned activities according to company plans

Kualifikasi

• High vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• At least 1-2 years of experience in production control in industrial factory settings
• Knowledge and experience in production management, production planning, quality production, machinery and environment maintenance in the production line, and supervision of production line employees
• Ability to work in shifts and in a cold room at 20 degrees Celsius
• Knowledge in PDCA, QCD Control, 4M Control
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 quality standard or other quality standards
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English or Japanese is a plus
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or other related programs
• Creative thinking, good attitude, hardworking, adaptable, good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, confident, always eager to learn, and physically fit
