Supervisor แผนก Production (Injection ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติคอิเล็กทรอนิกส์) จะควบคุมดูแลแผนก Production ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย และควบคุมดูแลงานฉีดขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกที่เป็นส่วนประกอบของชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์และชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

Kewajiban

• ควบคุมดูแลและบริหารงานของแผนก Production ให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
• ควบคุมดูแลงานฉีดขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกที่เป็นส่วนประกอบของชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ และ ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาพร้อมทั้งหาแนวทางแก้ปัญหา ของงานฉีดขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกและเครื่องฉีดพลาสติกได้เป็นอย่างดี

Kualifikasi

• วุฒิการศึกษาประกาศณียบัตรชั้นสูง ขึ้นไป สาขาเทคนิคการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ทางด้าน โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม สายการผลิต Production Injection ( การฉีดขึ้นรูปชิ้นส่วนพลาติก )เป็นหลัก ในประเภทอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / อุตสากรรมรถยนต์ หรือ อุตสาหกรรมอื่นๆ ในสายงานโรงงานทุกประเภท
• มีความรู้ทางด้าน Equipment ,materials ,molds และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องใน molding process
• มีทักษะในการรายงานและการนำเสนอที่ถูกต้องและสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นอย่างมีเหตุมีผล
• สามารถปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานในการผลิตอย่างเคร่งครัดและให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของ production line และ สามารถวัดค่าได้
• สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี หรือ ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้ทางด้านการปรับปรุง Kaizen และ เทคโนโลยีแบบสมัยใหม่
• มีความรู้ในด้านระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 , ด้านระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO 14001 หรือมาตรฐานคุณภาพอื่นๆ
• มีทักษะในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ Micro soft office (Power point , Excel ) เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความรู้ประสบการณ์ ทางด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพ( Quality Control),QC 7 tools ,New 7 tools , PDCA , Stock management , 5 S , 4 M control
