The Jig Design Engineer is responsible for designing, managing, and improving jigs and fixtures to support production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Design Jigs and Fixtures to support production under specified conditions.
• Create and manage Jig drawings in accordance with specified standards.
• Make corrections to Jigs and Fixtures that cause poor quality in the workpiece.
• Update Jig drawings to align with the design and ensure they comply with current usage conditions.
• Make corrections and improvements to Jigs and Fixtures to enhance the efficiency of the production process and reduce the costs associated with their creation (Jig Making).
• Develop and adjust Jigs and Fixtures to align with the objectives of various activities organized by the company.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience will be taken into special consideration.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CNC (G-Code), CAD/CAM skills.
• Knowledge of Jig & Fixture.
• Understanding of reading technical drawings.
