The Sales Executive for the Chemical team is responsible for driving sales activities and managing operations to achieve business goals.
Kewajiban
• Create and drive sales activities to achieve the goals
• Visit and build relationship with current and new suppliers and customers to find business opportunities
• Make visiting report to Managers
• Negotiate and close sales
• Make business proposal, calculate price breakdown and make quotation submit to customers
• Order and stock management to secure delivery to customers
• Collect forecast from customers and analyse before submit to suppliers
• Handle daily delivery operation
• (Receive P/O from customers, issue P/O to suppliers, receive invoice from suppliers and arrange selling transaction to customers)
• Make monthly report for current business
• Provide excellent customer services
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree Major in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Good command of English (TOEIC score at least 550)
• Good communication skills (presentation, explanation, summarize and report)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and work well under high pressure.
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Computer literary, preferable in Excel and PPT
• Have driving license and able to drive visit to customers and suppliers
