The Head of Human Resources Management (Total Reward) is responsible for developing and implementing total reward strategies to attract and retain top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement total reward strategies that attract and retain top talent
• Manage the company's employee relations program, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure the company's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and attractive to employees
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees
• Manage the company's HRIS system to ensure accurate and timely data management and reporting
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and employee relations initiatives
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (Master's Degree would considered to be an advantage)
• At least 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a compensation & benefits or employee relations role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, coaching skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies
• Knowledge of HR technology and systems
• Good command of written and spoken English and excellent Thai proficiency
• Good judgment, well organized, systematic and communications skills
• Able to work with deadline & under time pressure
