Kewajiban
• Plan, organize, and lead an efficient and effective insurance telesales team to achieve sales targets. (motor insurance)
• Implement appropriate sales initiatives to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Supervise insurance telesales activities to ensure all assigned customers are served and developed.
• Motivate insurance telesales team members to explore and exploit customers' full potential and needs for customer migration.
• Forecast and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain the existing customer base by continuously engaging with customers via telephone.
• Build and maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers through phone interactions.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Coach, inspire, supervise, and motivate the INS TELESALES team to enhance their performance and achieve objectives.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of Proven experience in telesales (motor insurance) or a similar sales-related role.
• 5-10 years of experience in coaching and motivating a sales team is preferred.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful insights.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring sales team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their professional development.
• Familiarity with telesales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, call center software, and sales analytics platforms, is preferred.
