The Project Manager/Project Management Officer is responsible for delivering new capabilities for web services, mobile applications, and core business systems while overseeing project status and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.

Kewajiban

• Act as business analyst focusing on delivering new capability for Web services, Mobile application, Web site and core business system
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, Analyst the business processes, design the system and convey it to the related development team.
• Create and maintain features lists of responsible products
• Control project scope, documentation and software change management.
• Manage the projects in a structured and professional manner according to Scrum methodology, the BA will handle your team and coordinate IT cross function that related project to ensure timely and quality release of products
• Facilitate and consult scrum teams to deliver projects schedule to ensure all projects are deliver as plan.
• Investigate functional and technical issues, including providing possibilities of the solutions/options. with PO and IT production support.
• Oversee and track the status of all projects in the company, including both regular business operations (BAU) and projects related to vendor procurement.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure that projects are progressing according to the established plans.
• Handle the opening of e-sourcing, PR, and PO for procurement activities.
• Maintain contracts, manage contract renewals, and set budgets for the following year to ensure compliance with specified terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with the procurement and finance departments to ensure a smooth procurement process.
• Collect project information from Product Owners across all regular business operations (BAU) to provide an overview of dependencies within each project, which will be used for priority management or design collaboration with the IT team.
• Facilitate meetings for the PO party governance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Have an experience at least 5 years in Project Management, Project Management Officer and Project Coordinator.
• Proven experience in IT project management, Cross functional Management and Process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
