The HR Recruitment position is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process to ensure the timely acquisition of suitable candidates, while also coordinating with various departments and staying updated on labor legislation.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for end-to-end in recruitment functions such as job advertising, sourcing, phone interviewing, reference checking, employment contract to get the right candidate in timeline period.
• Coordinate with Hiring Manager and concern department for the interview arrangement, test etc.
• Coordinate with department heads for future hiring needs.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.
• Responsible for monitoring and updating Job descriptions and organization chart for various positions and organization changes.
• New Employee Orientation.
• Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 3 years working experience in recruitment.
• Good command in English communication.
• Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
• Pleasant personality, good communication skills.
• Good at logical and analytical thinking as well as having a can-do attitude.
