Kewajiban

• Perform administrative tasks and generate administrative report.
• In charge of following end-to-end process for PR/PO.
• Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer and external graphic designer to create visually appealing and engaging artwork for our eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure that all artwork and banners are uploaded accurately and in a timely manner onto the eCommerce storefront (Lazada / Shopee).
• Monitor the eCommerce storefront regularly to ensure that all graphics and artwork are displayed correctly and meet our brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with the key account team to understand their specific needs and requirements and provide support in terms of artwork and graphics for promotional activities and campaigns.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial, marketing, sales, trade marketing or admin support.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee is a plus.
• Result oriented & can-do attitude.
• Strong service mind & good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work multitask, can work in agility and flexibility environment.
• Good English & Thai communication skills.
