Kewajiban
• Implement Tourist project in order to achieve sales target, category strategy across in-store & in-outbound execution excellence.
• Plan media strategy for one nestle communication to reach targeted tourist shoppers and work with agency for effective media content and platform.
• Plan budget with effective on ROI.
• Evaluate the programs/campaigns and provide recommendation.
• Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure end to end process of Tourist project (Sales team, related Customers, Innovation team, BUs, Marketing & consumer communication team).
• Drive strategic shoppertainment experience to build customer engagement & increase returning visitor to the official stores. (inhouse livestreaming and video content creative input to agency).
• Execute CPAS include image and caption across Click & Mortars.
• Ensure top rank key word organic search in E-retailers and regularly update hero image across categories in Click & Mortars to accelerate sales on emerging businesses both B2C & E-B2B.
• Plan customer roadmap and KPI evaluation to accelerate sales growth and customer loyalty.
• Plan monthly activity with effective on communication to targeted shopper.
• Manage customer database and monitor journey plan by monthly to comply with the business model.
• Q&A with cross functional team (sales team, customer, call center, sales operation) to solve issue and prepare relevant information.
• Implementation plan with agency to ensure flawless execution on business objectives.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, trade marketing in E-com business.
• Strong commercial understanding of digital assets both retailer media and social media/ Google etc. to enhance online shopper experiences.
• Creative bent of mind to be able to design specific shopper activations and digital assets to communicate the prop/campaign.
• Working equation with agency resources and ability to drive accountability and high-quality delivery from E-commerce agencies.
• Strong project management & coordination skills in navigating matrix environment.
• Sound analytical and project management skills.
• Good team working skills – mindset to collaborate and prioritise business goals.
• Drive for continuous improvement and strong people management skill.
