Kewajiban

• To deliver end-to-end support to Brand/Category, Channel and Sales teams in the conceptualization, management and delivery of in-store display and merchandising solutions to deliver best in class in-store merchandising standards and engaging shopper communication.
• Lead the visualizing in-store picture of success for each category in each channel along shopper path to purchase including POSM guidelines, visuals, merchandizing guidelines, core range identifications, category/product adjacencies, based on shopper understandings/insights & investments for each category/channel with an alignment with the guideline from Category Development team.
• Responsible for evaluating return on investment of the in-store implementation of both space investment (range/assortment/re-layout included) and visibility investment for each category / channel / key customer.
• Accountable and Responsible for continuously seeking to improve in-store visibility for Nestle categories and brand ensuring high engagement and relevancy with Nestle shoppers.
• Drive shopper communication for the category along path to purchase by turning shopper insight into action.
• Lead to build capability of Nestle commercial team on shopper communication along path to purchase, driven by shopper insight.
• Responsible for developing and coaching direct reports, ensuring PDP discussions are conducted on time.

Kualifikasi

• More than 5 years experiences in trade marketing, space planning and in-store vision
• Preferred mixes experiences in space planning and in-store vision
• Have knowledge and solid evidence in display solution in FMCG both offline and online
• Good organization awareness
• Good interpersonal skill to work with key stakeholders
• Able to lead and coach direct report
