The Key Account Manager / Key Account Executive - MT (FMCG) is responsible for managing key accounts, executing promotional activities, and ensuring effective merchandising and sales operations to drive business growth.
Kewajiban
• Develop business review & account plan to keep track responsible customer business.
• Manage sales and track distribution in a defined list of key accounts and customers.
• Execute agreed tailor made promotional activities and ensure smooth sales operations and activation of promotion/trade plans activities planned with merchandising team.
• Work closely with trade marketing team to implement strategies for effective merchandising and shelf management as per company’s standards in trade and market place.
• Manage in-store operation excellence, normal shelf, and promotion as well as keep abreast of changes in market intelligence, i.e., buying trends, reaction of end users, customers, buyers and activities of consumers.
• Assist in analyzing ongoing sales activities to support business planning and improve ROI with a view to continuously improve driving sales growth by conducting pre and post trade promotion analysis.
• Assist in constantly analyzing ongoing sales activities to support business planning and improve ROI with a view to continuously improve driving sales growth by conducting pre and post trade promotion analysis.
• Assist in developing and implement strategies for effective merchandising and shelf management in trade and tracking local market intelligence.
• Contact customer buyers and store staff to effectively grow the business according to the company direction.
• Update account profile and be responsible for sales, expense and budget spending to achieve target.
• Monitor category and product performance versus targets on a daily basis.
• Follow up order with supply chain when there is not enough stock for deliveries.
• Evaluate the impact of strategic & tactical initiatives and take corrective actions, as needed, to ensure achievement of business goals.
• Ensure product availability & plan to supply to customer (Demand & Forecast).
• Performs other related duties of a similar type and at a similar level.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
• Key Account Manager: 5 years+ work experience as Key Account in Modern Trade channel or any position in commercial field, FMCG business is preferable.
• Key Account Executive: 1-4 years work experience as Key Account in Modern Trade channel or any position in commercial field, FMCG business is preferable.
• Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good command in English.
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
