The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and promoting employer branding initiatives.
Kewajiban
• Managing full-cycle recruitment process: collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit, conclude interviews and job offer
• Responsible for all recruiting and employees On-Off Board documents; employee database, new hires follow up document, probation evaluation, visa and work permit and resignation document.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment strategy.
• Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and optimize processes.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to candidates.
• Participate in internal and external audit; ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and The Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA)
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition with a focus on senior-level or specialized positions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
