The Secretary will efficiently manage the executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Kewajiban
• Efficiently manage executive's calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and business arrangements with internal and external parties
• Prepare and organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and taking minutes.
• Coordinate necessary project follow-ups to ensure that each of the projects is moving
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis as required.
• Perform all-round personal assistant duties including managing day-to-day operations
• Handle the air ticket booking, hotel reservation, and provide general administrative support such as invoicing, processing expenses, reimbursement etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
• Good English communication skill
