ตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโครงการ IT จะรับผิดชอบในการจัดการส่วนประกอบที่สำคัญของโครงการ รวมถึงการบูรณาการ ขอบเขต เวลา ค่าใช้จ่าย คุณภาพ ทรัพยากร การสื่อสาร ความเสี่ยง และการจัดซื้อในทุกขั้นตอนของวงจรชีวิตการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์/ระบบ

Kewajiban

• Managing critical project components/assignment including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk and procurement through all phases of the software/system development life cycle
• Applying and managing IT Project Management, tools and knowledge to IT Project activities in order to meet to exceed the needs and expectations of all project stakeholders.
• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans
• Interface with Customers, Vendors and Team on a day-to-day basis.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain a pleasant working environment.
• Ensure all standard project documents were preparing and maintaining up to date.
• Responsible for ensuring that Project Implementation tools, methodologies and standards are understood and a cornerstone of the country IT strategy.
• Responsible for the reporting and planning of IT Integration/Strategy and Planning projects.
• Responsible for all elements of the IT project implementation life cycle regarding country/ cluster-based projects
• Manage IT budget management – control project costs, deliver within budget as project accountability
• Execute project feasibility and provide project charter to get approval from business function/unit
• Control and maintain IT infrastructure and application as provided by 3rd parties/vendors
• Manage the escalation of any project related issues
• Manage and support customer’s requirement by using IT application and tools to reduce their costs and improve productivities
• Update whole progress as critical/special projects to IT Project Steering and demand across function/business unit
• Provide necessary IT support and information based on business and operation requirements within agreed budgets, man powers and timescales

Kualifikasi

• Master Degree or higher in Project Management or IT Related
• At least 5 Years experience IT Project Portfolio Management and IT project in Enterprise scale
• Having PMP (Project Management Professional) or agile Certification is advantage
• Expertise in project management including project feasibility, project planning, vendor assessment and selection process, project executing, project budgeting, monitoring and tracking process, change management and closing project
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication skills, pro-active monitoring and tracking
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and project portfolio management
• Good understanding of enterprise software development, programming and infrastructure
• Experiences Oracle/SAP functional consultant is advantage
• Experience of manage project manager team and implemented ERP/MRP (Oracle/SAP) manufactory system, SCM, Warehouse, Logistic, Financial/Accounting or related field experience is preferred
• (Work Monday-Friday 08.00-18.00 hrs.)
