Detail posisi

The HRBP Supervisor (Thai-Vietnam) acts as a strategic partner, change agent, administrative expert, and employee champion, providing HR consultation, managing personnel matters, and driving employee engagement.

Kewajiban

• Act as point contact center related to personnel matters.
• Align HR Strategy to Business Strategy.
• Provide HR consultation to leadership on employee related issues.
• Provide proactive insights to management on latest trends in HR.
• Coach employee and management through complex issues.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and people cost.
• Build talent pipeline to support future business plan.
• Act as change agent in the Company – Project Leader.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives.
• Conduct HR Analytics and provide solutions.
• Disciplinary - Investigation process and warning letter.
• Provide performance management guidance.
• Conduct training need analysis for the BU/function.
• Implement HR policies and programs deployment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Manage conflicts at workplace.
• Implement career development for responsible BU/function.
• Drive employee engagement and communication.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or any it’s related fields.
• At least 4 years direct experience in HRBP or HROD, HRM, HRD.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, compensation practices and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Ability to quickly establish & align HR function with the business goals, strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proactive, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Very good English proficiency, with good computer literacy or related HR systems/databases/software (Excel and PowerPoint is a must).
• Available to work in the upcountry or abroad in sometime.
