âĒ Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates using various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).
âĒ Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidatesâ qualifications against job requirements.
âĒ Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage feedback collection.
âĒ Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by maintaining a strong presence on social media and participating in career events.
âĒ Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
âĒ Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
âĒ Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Kualifikasi
âĒ Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
âĒ 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
âĒ Familiarity with HR software.
âĒ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
âĒ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
âĒ Proficient in English communication.
âĒ Workday: Mon-Fri 8.00-18.00.
