ตำแหน่ง Chief จะรับผิดชอบในการสร้างแผนการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร รวมถึงการพัฒนาองค์กรให้ทันสมัยตามธุรกิจของบริษัทอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Kewajiban

• Create a training plan
• Coordinate in organizing training and follow up on training results
• In order to be able to organize training according to the set plan and Recruitment
• Develop personnel development and organizational development work to keep up with the business of other companies. Assigned

Kualifikasi

• จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์
• เคยมีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรม (มี certificate เกี่ยวกับการเป็น Training)
• toeic 500 GPA 3.50
• Have knowledge System as ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949 and labor law
• บุคลิกภาพเหมาะสม มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
• มีทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
• คล่องแคล่ว กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน ตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว
• เปิดใจเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา
• มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านเทรนนิ่งมากกว่า 5-10 ปีขึ้นไป
