Detail posisi

The Assistant Manager Service - BC Asia is responsible for organizing and managing correspondences and reports within the Service Division Business Center Asia, along with various organizational duties and customer management tasks.

Kewajiban

• To organize and manage matters relating to correspondences and reports within the Service Division Business Center Asia
• Organizational duties incl. but not limited to powerpoint presentations, memo preparations, management statistics and evaluations within the service division
• Back-office system (SAP) organization and maintenance
• Handling of customer complaints
• Training coordination within the service division
• Organization and maintenance of customer contracts
• Organization and execution of on-site customer management meetings and reviews
• To handle other matters as and when such matters arise.

Kualifikasi

• Good command in both written and spoken English
• Good computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office, etc
• Responsible and detailed oriented
• Good personality and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• German language and SAP S4/Hana knowledge of advantage
