The Strategic Planning Specialist will act as an internal consultant to the CEO, lead and manage corporate strategic projects, conduct business analysis, review corporate performance, and lead the annual planning process.
Kewajiban
• Act as an internal consultant to the CEO, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization of the organization's strategic priorities. Additionally, manage CEO special projects and assignments across all departments.
• Lead, manage and implement corporate strategic projects
• Lead and manage teams to conduct thorough business analysis and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.
• Review corporate performance, market positioning, and competitive advantage.
• Business Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities that drive revenue growth and profitability. Conduct business analysis, including data and statistical analysis, and feasibility studies of business initiatives. Present well-founded ideas and business plans to senior management/committees for approval, and collaborate with business units to ensure effective implementation.
• Business Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape, business climate, and technological trends, as well as the company's market position. Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategies.
• Corporate Performance Management: Develop and monitor corporate performance metrics, including key corporate projects and KPIs. Communicate these metrics to business units to ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives.
• Annual Planning Process: Lead the annual planning process, which includes setting key corporate KPIs (both financial and non-financial), and guiding senior executives in formulating action plans that align with the company's strategic direction.
• Ad-Hoc Assignment: Complete ad-hoc analysis/assignment for corporate-wide and functional improvements, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Kualifikasi
• In-depth understanding of business, management, and business forecasting
• Ability to navigate and manage complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainties, while engaging and aligning diverse interests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Thai and English.
• Capable to manage assigned work with minimal supervision
• Leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
• Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or industry-related field required;
• At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Marketing Strategy, Business Consulting, or a similar field. Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
