The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and improving operational efficiency.

Kewajiban

• Oversee and maintain accurate stock levels, perform regular stock audits, and implement inventory control procedures to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Supervise receiving, storing, picking, packing, and scanning of products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage order fulfillment, and generate reports on warehouse performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor, and equipment, while identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures.
• Plan and design the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and improve the flow of goods.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / Logistics or related field.
• Has experience at least 5 years of Warehouse Management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and storage systems (WMS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
