The technical lead will lead the company’s technology enhancement efforts by upgrading software, managing web applications, and overseeing a team of developers to ensure the efficient delivery of information services. This key role supports the technical department in optimizing information systems, primarily focusing on database management, SAP, Lotus Notes, and web applications. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, along with a developer background to effectively manage both senior and junior team members.

Kewajiban

- Lead and execute software and web application upgrades, ensuring maintenance across a diverse range of advanced technologies.
- Perform a variety of critical duties to deliver high-quality information services to support organizational goals.
- Support the technical department by driving enhancements to existing information systems, optimizing functionality, and efficiency.
- Manage responsibilities across database systems, SAP, Lotus Notes, and web applications, ensuring reliable and effective service delivery.
- Ensure optimal access to and utilization of technology resources by delivering services efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze and interpret complex information requirements to develop clear, actionable insights.
- Provide expert responses to information-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with preference for top-tier universities.
- Experience: Extensive year in a management role, with a background in software development and team leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with database systems, SAP, Lotus Notes, and web applications; capable of troubleshooting software operating systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative, initiative-driven approach to team dynamics.
- Soft Skills: Creative, hardworking, and resilient, with a positive, team-oriented attitude; capable of performing under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal communication.
- PC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
