The Presales ERP Consultant will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by supporting B2B client engagements and expanding its market presence. We are seeking passionate and motivated presales professionals at junior, senior, and manager levels who excel in a dynamic environment. This role involves presenting value-driven ERP solutions across various industries, building strong client relationships, and aligning solution demonstrations with business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in ERP consulting and a proven ability to tailor solutions to diverse client needs. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Kewajiban
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Assist the sales team in understanding the client’s business processes and ERP requirements.
- Provide technical support and answer client queries throughout the sales process.
- Create and deliver proof of concept (POC) for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft tailored ERP solutions.
- Support the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and other client proposals.
For senior/manager roles: Oversee presales activities, mentor junior consultants, and develop presales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering,or related fields.
Junior: Experience in ERP presales or related roles.
Senior/Manager: Extensive years of ERP presales experience; English proficiency is required.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and configurations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work alongside sales teams to translate technical features into business value.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Active and outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset.
Additional Requirements (for Senior/Manager):
- Proven experience in leading presales teams and coordinating complex sales cycles.
- Expertise in creating and delivering compelling technical solutions to large B2B clients.
