- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients across various industries.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the market.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations that align with client needs.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to support clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.
For senior/manager roles: Lead a sales team, provide coaching, and contribute to strategy development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Junior: Experience in sales, preferably ERP or software solutions.
Senior/Manager: Extensive years of experience in ERP sales or similar industry; proficiency in English is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and configurations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with B2B sales and building long-term client relationships.
- Active and energetic, with a passion for selling.
Additional Requirements (for Senior/Manager):
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and implement them effectively.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and large client portfolios.
