We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead a major SAP S/4HANA Migration and Adoption project. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition as the organization moves towards go-live in late 2024. If you have a passion for change management and a strong track record in ERP transitions, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

- Location: hybrid in Bangkok, Thailand
- Contract Length: 6-12 months (possible extensions)
- Availability: Immediate start preferred
- Languages: English and Thai proficiency required

Kewajiban

As the Change Manager, you will:

- Lead SAP S/4HANA Adoption: Own and execute change management strategies to drive user engagement, ensuring a smooth transition for stakeholders and end-users.
- Develop Change Management Plans: Craft tailored communication, training, and support initiatives to facilitate business readiness and strong employee experiences.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work with management, process owners, and local change networks to promote alignment and smooth execution across the team.
- Conduct Workshops and Training: Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops for leaders and change agents, empowering them to support end-users effectively.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Coordinate with process, data, and technology teams to foster an innovative and adaptive work environment.

Kualifikasi

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- Experience: In change management, preferably with global system implementations and ERP transitions.
- Strategic Execution Skills: Proven success in planning, managing, and executing change management plans within complex organizational structures.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with global and local teams, including stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and streamlining change processes for successful adoption.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
- Hands-On Attitude: Ready to engage actively in all project stages, ensuring timely and effective results.
