The R&D Specialist for Biscuit Products is responsible for developing new biscuit products and improving current products. They must have a strong understanding of food science and engineering, as well as experience in Biscuit Product Development.
Kewajiban
• Develop new biscuit products and improve current products
• Prepare documentations such as raw material, in-process and finished goods specifications
• Call and lead cross functional project meetings
• Participate and contribute to committees
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in food science and engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of work experience in Biscuit Product Development
• Able to communicate in English
• Knowledge of industrial ingredients and their functionalities
• Understanding of basic and advance principles of food processing
• Familiarity with sensory evaluation methods and statistical analysis
• Up to date knowledge on food laws
• Analytical thinking skills
