The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for a Sub-Segment or Sub-Region within the Pacific Region. The goal is to support and promote the implementation of the BU strategy through the rapid development of knowledge in the areas of the Performance Additives product portfolio.

Kewajiban

Profitability Management
• Execute regional price walk-lines and understand guidelines to the Commercial Teams
• Understand and manage price exceptions
• Execute tactical pricing as per guidance from Senior PM

Product Portfolio Management
• Understand the principle of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and support the Rationalization and Introduction of SKUs in the Region
• Annual cost analysis and approval by SKU in the Region

Asset Utilization
• Support and Execute Product Allocation to orders based on input from Senior Product Manager
• Manage and optimize MTO/MTS together with the Regional Segment Leaders/Senior PM aligned to PLM Strategy
• Support Meeting of Inventory targets within Region through SMI/OOS/Expiring outflow push with Regional Segments

Kualifikasi

The following are required for the role
• Chemical/Technical Knowledge
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in Silicone Industry preferred
• Fluent English required
• Experience with SAP
• Project management and Presentation skills
• Able to work in cross-functional teams
