Detail posisi

Support Thailand plant, observe organization climate and initiatively communicate with business lead, to provide professional HR on talent acquisition, development and retention; Principle Based Management™ culture, Employee Relations problem-solving, to provide strong HR partnership with business.

Kewajiban

• Be proactive partner to steward and advance Principle Based Management™ culture, especially “role of supervisor” development.
• Provide HR solution to business supervisors regarding job-related problems, policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
• Respond to employee inquiries and advise business supervisors of appropriate solutions of employee relation issues, handle investigation for employee relation issues independently.
• Develop collaborative relationship with other member of the HR Solutions/HR leveraged Capability across APS and Division to align strategic plan and communicating as necessary on related matters.
• Initiate communication channels with employees/supervisors to promote the understanding of programs, principles, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale.
• Conduct talent management and provide HR professional insights for key talent.
• Maintain knowledge of local laws, industry standards / requirements, and customer requirements as related to labor / employment, implement within the business, and participate in local audits & self-assessments.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, HRD or any related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource field within Multinational Company, preferable in Business HR function.
• Experienced with manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Experienced interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.
• Fluency in both Thai & English.
• Experienced implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc.
• Experience in transition management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience in medical devices industry.
