The Data Analysis and Business Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing data collection and analysis to provide insights that support marketing strategies and business planning.
Kewajiban
• Oversee data collection, cleaning, and analysis to extract valuable insights.
• Provide sales analysis toward marketing calendar / business situation / campaign performance in various business measurements combining with consumers’ research for supporting marketing strategy and calendar design.
• Study consumers’ insight and market situation to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and relevant occasions for delivering yearly marketing plan.
• Tracking sales performance & campaign performance against sales target/ forecast and provide BYA (beat year ago) analysis for future plan design.
• Understand consumers’ insight and develop marketing strategy / plan to support new business opportunity.
• Build teamwork with internal cross-functional teams for effective project management.
Kualifikasi
• 5+ years’ experience in Casual Dining Restaurants(CDR), Quick Service Restaurants(QSR), FMCG, or any related industries in Marketing field.
• At least 3-5 years analysis experience in Customer Insight, CRM, and Loyalty programs.
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or Management-related field.
• Experienced in management of analytic customers, including familiarity with the main methodologies and tools utilized in delivering BI.
