We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Internal Control Specialist to join our team, focusing on the areas of warehouse and fulfillment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.

Kewajiban

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies and procedures for warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Analyze current warehouse and fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory movements and transactions to prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and also maintain accurate & up-to-date documentation for warehouse and fulfillment activities.
• Leverage technology to enhance warehouse and fulfillment operations, including the use of Internal Operation management system and automation tools.
• Ensure the effective implementation and utilization of ERP systems in warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on internal control procedures and best practices.
• Support the development and implementation of training programs aimed at improving operational efficiency and compliance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and fulfillment operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing internal controls and operational procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to assess workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
