Detail posisi

This position is responsible for part preparation for new part development, supporting part quality improvement, and supplier production capacity for smooth mass production. The role also involves following up and summarizing internal job progress status.

Kewajiban

• Sourcing and supplier selection.
• Process OEM part & Service parts purchasing.
• Verify, analyze and negotiate OEM price.
• Follow and update price with supplier based on latest LCPO information.
• Issue OEM and Service part price adjustment approval request to get approval from management.
• Support and cooperate to internal activities such as Cost Reduction activities, 5S, Safety activities.
• Prepare and issue LOI and Appendix.
• Support to process VA/VE proposal sheet.
• Support and cooperate to activities of Mitsubishi Motors Group & Alliance group.
• Keep on Company regulation and Policy.
• Follow and achieve target of department and company.

Kualifikasi

• 0 - 3 years of procurement in automotive experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks.
• Energetic, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work under high pressure.
• Having experience in the automotive business will be an advantage.
