Kewajiban
• Responsible for business support, order management and ensure high satisfactory of customers.
• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
• Excellent customer service, focused on all enquiries and provided services.
• Focusing on finding new customers, and promoting & selling the company's products.
• Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients.
• Marketing-Sales and management to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets throughout the year handle order, invoice and flow.
• Coordinate with customers and other related functions, both internal and external parties in proper manner with the correct information.
Kualifikasi
• Candidate can use language English, Japanese at N2 level.
• Bachelor's / Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• More than 2 years Working experience in customer service from OEM, freight forwarding, logistics or related business and Good Personality.
• Good command of English with business.
• Good command of Japanese with business.
• Good command of MS Office software, including Outlook.
• Be able to going to oversea for business trip in sometimes.
• Welcome to new graduates.
