Kewajiban
• Review internal procedures/process to be comply with laws and relevant regulations.
• Oversee company’s compliance related policies and procedures. Lead to identify, assess and address compliance risk in business including provide mitigation recommendation and follow up the appropriate implementation.
• Ensure compliance governance is in place, including necessary guidelines and policies and implement required standards and processes, as necessary.
• Fulfill regulators’ reporting obligations complying with the prevailing laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance on all compliance matters to business.
• Be the main contact point for regulatory authorities on all compliance matters including building strong relationships and effectively liaising and coordinating with regulators.
• Advise and collaborate with other departments in compliance affairs.
• Provide regular and necessary report to management including highlight the trend or issue of current situation and provide beneficial recommendations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal audit, Business improvement or Compliance for Officer Level.
• Good understanding with well-rounded knowledge in law and regulations in Thailand.
• Strength in planning and management with a track record in handling multiple projects and cases in fast-paced with ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Fluent in English language. (TOEIC Score 600 up)
• Good in team player and good communication skills.
• Effective communication skills in Thai and English (verbal, written and listening) are required.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong communication, presentation skills and problem-solving skill will be advantage.
• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
