The event project manager is in charge of organizing events to offer real-time brand engagement experiences to publics, customers and internal and external partners, in order to support the Michelin Group's commercial and corporate objectives.

• Proposed communication actions are in accordance with the specifications and are validated.
• Communication actions are implemented in an efficient way. Performance is improving steadily and is in line with the objectives that have been set.
• Actions comply with the Group's standards and norms, and with the regulations in force.
• Internal customers have the required quality of service.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management (planning / organization / communication)
• Wine knowledge is mandatory
• Experience in negotiation and management of external service providers (freelancers, agencies)
• Specialist in the organization of high-end events and content production (articles & videos)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional client service skills
• Strong leadership and contingency management
• Knowledge of efficiency measurement
• Fluent in English
