The HR Benefit Analyst will provide operational support for employee benefits in Thailand, ensuring timely processing and coordination of claims and inquiries.
Kewajiban
• Provide operational support for employee in Thailand within timeline (Medical Benefits and Reimbursement)
• Review, verify, and process employee benefits claims, including health insurance and dental
• Coordinate with accounting/reimbursement team to ensure claims are paid to employees accurately and in a timely manner
• Generate reports on benefits utilization, claims, and costs as needed.
• Coordinate with Michelin related team at factory for employee test tire requested
• Update FAQ for employee inquiries and deliver the efficiency service
• Measure employee satisfaction score and also provide action plan for improvement area
Kualifikasi
• 2-3 years’ experience in administrative support in GA or HR
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Good communication in Thai and English
• Strong collaboration and service mind
• Multitasking with well-organized
