Kewajiban
• Manage and assist Fixed Assets Manager for daily operation.
• Ensure fixed asset impairment provision is correctly and regularly reviewed.
• Ensure calculation of depreciation of fixed assets are correctly reviewed.
• Responsible for the quality of the accounts related Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E).
• Quality of Monthly closing in a timely manner.
• Recognition of borrowing costs.
• Prepare monthly quality reports.
• Internal control and Audit Compliance.
• Setting project task in PA (Project Accounting) module in a timely manner.
• Reconciliations and justifications accounts of Property, Plant, and Equipment.
• Yearly cycle count plan and actual physical count.
• Written off and impairment of Fixed assets.
• Support BOI Commercial Start, country cooperate tax related fixed assets.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in General accounting or Fixed Assets is a plus.
• Good understanding of recognition of the assets in Property, Plant, and Equipment process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
