Detail posisi
The Accounting & Finance Manager / Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations, ensuring smooth processes, and supporting budgeting and internal controls.
Kewajiban
• Perform month & year end closing procedure and budgeting support establishing internal controls
• Manage & control subordinates to make the accounting and financial operation smoothly accounting functions (AP, AR, cost account, general ledger, fixed assets, and taxes)
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Check the difference of accounting data between Excel report and data in the accounting system
• Calculate key estimation account (Employee benefit, Inventory, NRV for Inventory, Slow moving, Impairment of asset, etc.)
• Coordinate with Revenue department & BOI officer / advisor, external audit.
• Help with year-end financial audit activities and annual - Corporate income tax (PND51, PND50) & BOI & Deferred tax.
• Financial statement and submission to DBD.
• Maintains Financial & Security by corporate financial controls audit
• Other tasks as assigned by report line.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree of accounting or above
• 10 years of working experiences in accounting field with at least 3 years experiences in management level
• Strong background in financial and controlling fields in Manufacturer
• Strong knowledge in Accounting and Tax systems
• Able to Closing and Analysis Financial Statement at least 5 years and all process related
• Business plan, Budgeting controlling analysis and management
• Cash Flow management analysis risk finance to Business
• Law related Shareholders and Director
• Expert to due date controlling, Decision making, Kaizen and Accounting Regulation of all process support to concern
• Teamwork management, Push forward and support to subordinate be a good Cooperation role model
• Skill in management and able to handle stress and deadlines
• Excel skill for accounting (Pivot, Vlook up, etc.)
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Able to relocate to Chonburi province
