Kewajiban
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
• Figure out how to manufacture parts or products with maximum efficiency.
• Understand management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis.
• Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs.
• Work with Area Managers to develop standards for design and production.
• Understand control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Review process flows and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
• Understand product requirements and design manufacturing and information systems to meet requirements.
• Study and rearrange material flows and operations sequence.
• Perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes.
• Work with Finance to minimize costs of production lines.
• Promote a value-added focus through cost-effective waste reduction, elimination of non-value-added steps or processes, and encouragement of value-added improvement activities.
• Work with Finance to assist Production Manager in financial planning and cost analysis.
• Work with Area Production Manager/Supervisor to evaluate how well people do their jobs and offer improvement wherever needed.
• Any other assignment as Production Engineering Manager required.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 year in the Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Engineering field.
• Analytical and Problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to be leader and good team player.
