We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized R&D and Lab Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the R&D department by managing project information in Notion, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks, and assisting in the preparation of project documentation and presentations. The ideal candidate will act as an assistant to the project manager, facilitating smooth project execution and communication within the team.
Kewajiban
• Maintain and update project information in Notion, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Track project progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and documentation for projects.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.
• Ensure all project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparation of necessary materials.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and managing project calendars.
• Support the project manager with various tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Experience working in an R&D or laboratory environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly Notion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
