The Production Engineer for New Products is responsible for designing and optimizing production processes, preparing necessary materials, and ensuring product quality to meet customer specifications.
Kewajiban
• Design and optimize production processes for new products.
• Prepare molds, tooling, and materials for new product samples.
• Conduct trial productions to meet customer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to product quality.
• Ensure new products meet customer specifications.
• Provide product samples for the marketing team.
• Maintain KPIs for on-time sample delivery.
• Oversee and manage tooling, molds, and spare parts stock.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Document process flows and coordinate with relevant departments.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
• Experience in production engineering, especially with tooling and molds.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to design and improve production processes.
• Experience in process documentation and KPI management.
• Knowledge of spare parts control and laser marking is a plus.
